That seam rust will require full interior out + new sheetmetal. You'll find some big holes under gaskets after pulling windows, too.

Or do what a lot of guys are doing with these, put lipstick on it by using a dremel/wire brush/filler to clean up the visible stuff and sealing over it then ask 25k + Looked at a syncro in SC a month or two ago that someone had done that too. Guy tried to bs me by telling me the panels were new. Doing my research before I went to see it I found where the idiot forgot to delete the old pictures of him half assing it over on samba
