nice truck... though I'd be worried for longer trips 1000-2000 miles or so, seems like it just isn't as comfortable as something a bit more modern :) Curious what it's able to get in terms of mpg with the set up like now? Also 70 mph is it pretty much it's comfort zone or it can do 80 without killing itself ?

70-80 are both easily doable, but the mpg hit at 80 is noticeable. At 65-70 mph it gets 17-18 mpg. With this size fuel tank, 600+ miles per fill up is easy to achieve. Add the additional 15 gallons in the scepter cans and 800+ could be done with some reserves. My next trip with this rig will be to overland expo west if anyone wants to see this beauty in person.

Yes sir, i am aware of the closures, not going anywhere that ill be affected by them, just taking advantage of the time off of work to use all of the toys in my stable!!
