I cant believe I would ever say this but this is too much truck for me. This rig would make a very cool unique Overland Camper, lots of clearance, turns super tight with short wheelbase etc. Back in 1988 this was a $150K truck according to the fleet manager I spoke to in NM where I bought it. It was originally an EMT heavy rescue truck, was later painted and repurposed as a SWAT truck. This beast is like new, only 13K orig miles, 6.6L L6 turbo diesel, auto, seats 3 up front, a heavy duty custom built aluminum diamond plate box with a crazy amount of storage. Inside are shelves, a couple cabinets, rear AC and heat, a desk that would be great for a bed area, a ceiling height over 6 feet, perimeter lights, scene lights, 3500wt Honda Genset (needs to be serviced, has not been started in years) full length awning and more. Every inch of the box is aluminum, even the roof is diamond plate and a great place at 10 ft tall to see the sunset. I just installed new batteries, serviced everything, $2500 in brand new 11.50 AT tires, needs nothing, runs like new. This truck is one of a kind, is short but massive, 29500 GVWR, a hand full, heavy, way over the top, the look on peoples faces when you pull up is priceless. $19K OBO 6024352110 bozwell13@hotmail.com Jim

Located in Durango CO, 2WD, gas mileage??? No idea, has the areodynamics of a brick, weighs a ******** ton and I live on a mountain at 8100ft but the fuel consumption on the gauge has not alarmed me at all. The interior is big enough for two people with maybe a convertible bed forward an easy Camp kitchen where the cabinets are. The giant Shelf on the other side of the bed is easily big enough for a full-size adult to sleep in which would make room for 3 if necessary. and there is an unbelievably huge amount of storage outside in all the boxes. I was thinking of putting in some interior doors to be able to access some of the outside storage from inside.
