I am planning a different drivetrain! no more cummins as i really cannot afford it! i am planing a LQ9 motor with a 4L80E transmission and dual transfecases.

I think that's a good choice. Not only is it expensive but a cummins swap is a ton of work and a lot of headaches. I'm still glad I did it, but I'm a little crazy like that.

That is a sweet Suburban you have their Corey! I love it! I wish I would have had something like that when I was 18. Come to think of it, I just got my driver's license when your Sub was new.

ORD Sway bar correction/disconnect kit.
Total cost about $135 (shipping/tax and polyurehane bushings included)

-this was one of those thing i got because of "rant" i thought well it sounds great for the price..i was thinking deep down it would not make a big difference- I WAS WRONG! my tucks handles so much better you wouldnt believe it, it corners better, and even rides smoother! and it also made the front end quiteter.

I removed my sway bar and cleaned it with solvent/wire brush..then used a wire brush for a power drill and cleaned all the rust off.

then painted it all FlatBlack!.

heres an assembled picture.

It looks like a really good idea to put in a sway bar set-up like you got Corey. Can you post some idea of cost and where your supplier is located? Maybe a direct link? Now that would be cool!:costumed-smiley-007

Can you post some more pics of your sway bar set-up Corey? Maybe you could link a website of the supplier? It would be cool to hear what you payed for that sway bar. Keep us informed with more pics!:costumed-smiley-007

no problem, Ill get some pics tomorrow in the light. It is the factory sway bar that came on the truck. ORD makes the disconnect kit. it raises the sway bar up 2" for better geometry and is the disconnect all in one kit. they do NOT come with NEW bushings for the front (part that mounts to frame closest to bumper) so i got a new bushing kit (poly bushings) for 20$ he kit itself was $99.

Great looking 'burb.

I say keep it white. That is the official color of ExPo, ExPo White. A huge benefit is, it doesn't get hot like dark colors do. Not sure if that's a problem for you but down here in the southwest, desert sun will make a dark color really uncomfortable to be around. Can't put your hands, arms, ect. onto a dark colored vehicle without burning yourself. White, touch it and it is the same as the ambient temp.

im 20 miles from seattle, we rarely even have to use AC! haha but yea summer time black does get hot! IF i do paint it, and itll be a while after everything else and then some. just one of those things id like to do if i have the chance. Gunmetal gray with black beadlocks and a 91 clip is my favorate.

got the roof lights on, and they are very bright! 9 LED in each light. i can see them reflect on the gutter on the back of my house witch is 40ft or more.

Overall the Wiring and placement of lights was really the worst part. make sure you place the CENTER light 1st and measure your other lights from there, i wired mine a little different than the instructions say, they tell you put one of the two screws for mounting the lenses thought the black wires as a ground. i just ran them into the cab with the whire wire (power) and used a 5' wire to wire the grounds together and ground them under the dash. there are 15 holes you must drill (5 lights with 1 hole for wires and 2 holes for screws) you dont have to completly remove the headliner, although it will help. this took me about 6 hours with help and parts run for the switch and silicone, and 1st time install for both of us.

-what you need:
1. 100% Silicone for outdoor use
2. Your light kit!!
3. power drill mototr with at least 3 drill bits (youll break at least one or two!) they are 1/8" bits
4. 5' of wire for a proper ground with 5 more quick splice connectors (optional)
5. electrical tape to wrap grounds and quick splices just in case and some stronger tape (i used painters tape) to tape the wires to the inside of the cab)
6. LMC swtch is usless so whatever switch you want (switch i got used a 1/2 drill bit for the hole to mount it)
7. tape measure
8. pencil to mark your light placement
9. a full day so you dont get in a hurry- most importiant!

Really clean looking Burb Corey. Do you ever 4 wheel that machine? The reason why I ask is because I can not see any dents or scratches in your bodywork!:Wow1:
