1988 Toyota hilux double cab 4x4. Sports the 2L 2.4 liter 4 cylinder diesel engine with manual 5 speed transmission. 199,163km which equals about 130,000 miles. Truck was imported from Japan to California a little over a year ago. I purchased the truck from a dealer in California had it shipped to me in North Carolina where it's been ever since. I have a clean North Carolina title in my name in hand. When I got the truck it was completely original and completely stock. I then went through the truck completely. Replaced the clutch and had the flywheel resurfaced. Bought and installed a brand new high output alternator. Had the Windows tinted and a stereo system with head unit that would pick up FM stations in the United States installed. Rough country 3 inch lift kit with all new shocks and extended stainless braided brake lines. 20x10 fuel vapors wrapped in 33x12.50x20 fuel gripper mud terrains. The truck has the factory solid front axle which Toyota discontinued in the US half way through 1985 and continued putting them in trucks overseas. The truck runs great and sounds awesome. Everything works as it should even the air conditioner. I'm selling the truck because of my work schedule and the fact that all it ever does is sit in my yard because I have no time to drive it and enjoy it as I should. The truck is a blast to drive and you will definitely be the center of attention when you pull in the parking lots and gas stations. I'm sure I'm forgetting a ton of stuff.
