1989 LC FJ62 Current value??

I have an 89 fj62 224k I want to sell. Long story.....can’t afford build I want... wife... you get the picture. What’s the best way to get value? Is there such a thing as a survey??
New Ac, interior needs work . Slow drip. New radiator. Runs strong. 2.5 old man emu 33 ko2s....thoughts???

Need more info on condition of body and frame, plus photos!

Tks. Frame is solid. Body has rust in the usuals places (around back windows ) gutter rails but has been addressed. Former owner did some work with bondo. Also . Hood replaced with 60 series hood. Could use new suspension. No headliner/ front driver seat has the usual tear. Tire tred is half penny; prices on Craigslist have been crazy in this area . Nothing under 15k. Seams like a lot to ask. New number front and aft . New radiator new Ac.

iH8Mud classifieds could probably give you a better idea. List it at 8K with full pictures and see if anyone bites.
