Additional Info:
-Built 2 years ago.
-Tig welded cracks around power steering, fabricated custom front tow hitch receiver bracket that ties into JCR unibody reinforcement brackets. 5.25” front lift 5.5” rear.
-Is incredibly smooth to drive off-road with the drop brackets, 60/40 travel (more like desert rig), all poly and suspension lubed with 2-4-c Teflon grease.
-All new steering with extensive upgrades.
-All new pullies belt water pump etc, cooling system converted to open system, all new hoses, fluid flushed, heater works great, upgraded fan and clutch(will not over-heat idling in 95 degree sun.
-I tried so i would know if electric fan wiring and relay were good, but couldn't get it warm enough).
-Clutch is good, 5 speed all gears shift perfect, 4x4 works, t-case has new fluid timing chain, slip yoke eliminator, cv rear driveshaft.
-If things didn't get installed with blue Loctite they got a combination of copper anti seize and marine grease(steering etc).
The Bad:
-It could use a new junkyard drivers door or parts and the blinkers are not working (was this way when i got it, all windows roll up and down fine).
-The paint job is faded in places
-Well over $6500 into build in parts alone.
-Had 29” tires when I got it, hadn’t been wheeled.
-Will add more pics of the interior and underbody for parts over the weekend.
