wow that is a really good deal. A friend of mine has a 4 door hilux. the 3L engine is so much better than the 2LTE the surfs got. She just turboed hers and it goes good now.

That said, reason I don't drive RHD is due to the need for a daily driver

my dad is very against it, as is a friend of mine who's RCMP, they have a lot higher accident ratings apparently.

If it were solely my decision I'd probably buy it, but currently I can't afford it

It is possible, but I doubt any of us have the cash to blow. There is an importer in NY who was selling a 2009 70 series for around $50,000.

I was speaking of the US. I wish I could find the name of the importer in NY. It appeared that he specialized more so in things like exotic sports cars that we cant get here. Everything was very pricey.
