Very good condition. Many upgrades. The previous owner made a number of long trips with the bike to the Yukon, Baja, etc. and then did extensive maintenance and upgrades to prepare it for more long distance journeys. I have owned it several years since and enjoyed it, as I did my previous airhead bikes, but have decided to go to a more suitable bike for 2-up touring.
