PROS:

Good location - no salt
Bone stock
engine upgrade to 4.6
title in hand
straight rust-free body (appearingly so...)
Pretty decent price

EDIT: Further description indicates some rust in the usual places...bummer. Also a droopy headliner. Not sure that would scare me away though.

CONS:

wing-top protectors

Easy, look at Europa Intl and their G-wagens when MB started bringing them in. You can get some mid-80's G-wagens under 10K pretty easily now.
