I am a fan of the no-bathroom setup, but the lack of sleeping area is what gets me. The dinette is the only bed option, and would be a tight fit for two people. Also, a 6000 watt generator that only runs 12v exterior lights? Only 630 miles per year average? $30k seems like a lot for something that spent 99% of its life sitting and is so highly customized for whatever purpose the owner had in mind and would be less than optimal for most buyers.

2 doors on a rig of that size is kind of silly. Waste of valuable space inside.

Too bad it's a 94 but the uninformed will likely scoop it up quick.

Out of curiosity what could make it worth $30k? The low mileage, 4x4, the leveling system or the "uniqueness?"

Definitely not a hater as it's kind of cool looking but the pricing lately seems to be all over the place and I'm wondering if there's something special about this that I'm missing. I know Alaska campers sometimes don't look like much but fetch a pretty penny. Wondering if this falls into the same category?
