Up for sale is a 1994 Dodge Ram 2500 4 Wheel Drive 12 Valve Cummins Turbo Diesel. This is one of the lowest miles 2nd Gen Cummins you are going to see; It only has 113,xxx miles. It is an SLT model, so it has power windows/power lock.
The common weak point in this trucks, the automatic transmission, was rebuilt at 99,656 with HD components; HD Billet Torque Converter, Overhaul Kit, High Energy 2nd Band, Pump Bushing, Direct Drum Bushing, Thrust Washer Kit, Valve Body Shift Kit, Governor Valve, Upgraded Cooler Fittings, Reverse Brake Drum, Overdrive Support Housing, etc. A $3000 modification in order to insure longevity with the 5.9. Killer Dowel Pin (KPD) was performed and upgraded with a retention tab installed as well. New Napa Premium Rotors and EBC Green Stuff Brake Pads were recently fitting to the truck to improve stopping power.
In addition, the truck has a Cold Air Intake, 4" Exhaust, Air Bags in the rear, Tonneau Cover, Bed Liner, Pillar Gauges (Transmission Temperature, Exhaust Temperature, and Boost), Tow Package, and 17" 3rd Gen Dodge Wheels with new LT285/75/17 Toyo Open Country M/Ts.
Like any other 20+ year old vehicle, there are some wounds:
1. Slight tear in the drivers seat.
2. Dent above the passengers headlight.
3. Oil leak near Torque Converter.
It has a CLEAR and CLEAN title. I would have no problem jumping in the truck and heading to Alaska tomorrow. This truck will be many years of service and is ready for a new home!
