I have a 2wd Dodge Ram Reg Cab Short Bed, I am looking to sell or trade. I have had it a little while and it has been fun, but I think I want to try something with 4wd
Looking for a Jeep ZJ or WJ in similar condition to trade or sell the truck to buy a Jeep

The truck has been my daily driver for about a year and a half and is in great mechanical condition. It is a 5.2/46RH/9.25 open combo with about 225,xxx miles. I just replaced the fuel pump, MAP and TPS sensors, radiator and heater core within the last year. The truck has a Belltech 4/6 drop kit, but I installed springs that are slightly taller in the front for a smoother ride. The body has a little rust over the rear wheel wells, and some chipped paint here and there, but the body is pretty nice otherwise.

It even comes with a neat custom made aluminum bed cover. I also welded up a canoe rack out of 16ga steel that bolts onto it.

I'm looking for a ZJ or WJ in similar condition. 4.0-5.2-4.7, 242 or 247 I don't really care. It doesn't need to be perfect, but it should be a daily driver not needing any repairs to be reliable. Looking for something around $3,000 range. I am split between keeping it and lifting it to be an overlander, or just starting over with a 4wd Jeep, so if you are looking for a fun truck let me know!

Wow, not alot of interest, I suppose I should have expected that for a dropped 2wd.

Sounds like I might be stuck with the truck awhile. I have been looking at a lift spindle kit and flipping the rear axle back under the springs. Anyone know who makes lift spindles for a 94+ Ram?

Neat looking truck, what kind of $ if you were to sell it out right? 20 years old in 2 months, $38 for collector plates and you're done with tabs for ever.

Thanks, I would do collector plates, but I have heard that collector plates are meant for weekend drivers and police will give you a ticket if you use a collector plated car as a daily driver.

I'm looking for about $2,750 for it, but I am fairly open.

I just started pricing out raising the truck but up to stock and beyond and might get rid of the aluminum tonneau and rack for a fiberglass topper, so keeping it isn't looking so bad. I just need to get over not having 4wd

After looking at a few clapped out ZJs from people willing to trade, looks like I am turning the Ram into my Expo truck. I have a few leads on some lower control arms and some factory spindles to get it to factory height, time to un-flip the axle!

I finally made the leap and bought a new truck, so it really is time for the Ram to go. As such, I have dropped the price and am even open to some trades. I just bought a 2005 WK that is going to be my new project, so if you have parts to help me along (wheels/tires, OME lift) will also move the deal along!

The Ram really is a great truck, it just doesn't fit my needs anymore. Along with the truck is all the parts needed to bring it back to stock height, +2" over stock or in the weeds low. Recent updates are
-New Tires General Grabber AT2 in back, General Grabber HTS in front
-Recent Fuel Pump
-Recently replaced TPS, MAP and IAC
-New Front Rotors, Pads and Bearings
-Low profile hitch
-Recent Heater Core, Radiator and Thermostat

Has been daily driven and road tripped all summer and winter without a hiccup and even with the drop kit.

So there is is $2,000 obo!
