Vehicle being sold AS IS. We’ve begun work to upgrade a few things but find ourselves unable to continue due to job changes & a move. Many have asked what are the top things that require attention, so posting those here:

1. Replace water heater - there's a leak somewhere in the hot water heater (we think from past improper winterization). The cold water runs without issue so tank & plumbing are all in good shape, but we were planning to replace the hot water heater.
2. Electrical gremlins - there are (what we believe to be) 2 separate gremlins in the electrical system we haven't yet tracked down. First is that the habitat battery bank isn't properly charging from shore power. It charges (and generally remains adequately charged) from the solar panel system, but on the occasion we've plugged it into shore power, something isn't quite right. (It's also worth noting that all of the habitat batteries were replaced 2 months ago). Second, the starting battery (which is on a separate circuit from the habitat) has a slow drain from an undetermined source and we've kept it plugged into shore power when not in use to avoid killing the battery all together.
3. Cosmetic - We started to "remodel" the galley and pulled the fake sticky tile off the walls with plans to replace it with something nicer, but have not yet done so. I'm sure any new owner will also have their preferences for additional decor upgrades.

PLEASE NOTE WE ARE HIGHLY NEGOTIABLE! THIS AMAZING TRUCK NEEDS A NEW HOME AND ALL REASONABLE OFFERS WILL BE STRONGLY CONSIDERED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
