I'm a long time lurker of this site and I am finally selling my FZJ-80. I'm the 2nd owner, carfax clean history. It has the center diff lock button but no front/rear lock rotating dial. Mileage is about 199,500 right now and it's my daily driver to school, work, etc.
I bought this as a fun camping car/desert adventure vehicle to last me through undergrad and it has done just that. The head gasket history is unknown but suspected to have been done by the previous owner as there is no coolant or oil missing, mixed, etc. I've replaced both Cat's, muffler, and O2 sensor (intermittent CEL pointed to Cat failure) and both front and rear U-Joints. I bought it with an Old Man Emu kit on it w/ the medium weight springs.
Known Problem: Drivers side master switch is a little loose, scant oil leak from rear main (about 2/3 qt every 5 months), dent in lower tailgate.
Asking $5250 but will entertain reasonable offers.
