1996 Defender 130 Expedition Camper- USA Importable

My good friend in cape town is selling his awesome turn key defender 130 expedition camper. He built this to travel and live in remote areas in Africa safely and reliably, he owns a drilling company so it involved him living in the bush for weeks or months at a time.

The truck has a 300tdi, and custom box, it pulls really well for a TDI- truck just had a complete mechanical overhaul, and the camper can be separated from the load bin.

Here is the description he gave me:

This vehicle comfortable camper body is build on very strong Defender 130 with loads of extra features. Extremely reliable and with no oil leaks this Defender has never given any trouble.

Extras:

• Solar Panel System (3 deep Cycle batteries, 2 Solar Panels, National Luna Split battery system, 1600W inverter for 220V, Inside and outside 12V LED lights, 30A battery controller)
• Outside hot Shower (Gas geaser)
• Wash Basin with Hot and Cold Water
• Gas stove with 2 hobs
• 220V input with battery management (When access to power is available.
• Very Spacious Queen Size sleeping area (Pop-up roof)
• Interior was done with Bamboo for a natural hardy easy to clean surface.
• Loads of packing space with 11 large drawers, 4 smaller drawers.
• 2 x 200L water tanks with a water pumps that runs to either basin or shower.

Asking price is 55,000euro/USD or Rand equivalent

True queen measurements or kinda Queen sized? (Not trying to be a jerk, I’m 6’4” so inches matter to me)

Any restroom setup. Likely not a cassette but given how long it was in the bush was the approach just to use the outdoors? Not a show stopper but depending on the local that’s easier or harder.
