The typical cost to convert a class C is running 25k. Can probably find a similar motorhome with low miles for 20-25 in today's overpriced marked so yes there is some profit here even sourcing work out. But if you want to go play now hard to find one.

Howdy. Been a viewer of EP for almost 20 years. Never was a huge fan of forums due to my previous career in the off-road industry, but now running my own company I believe there is acceptable space for me here. With that said I’m the owner of Continental Conversions in golden Colorado, we built this Minnie winnie and quite a few other class C’s over the past year or so with a similar style. I appreciate any and all input from you guys as I’ve always respected EP and the people that use it.
@rawtoxic I take the pictures in my back yard with my wife’s camera, I do like to use these things to their potential but I agree and was also scared of falling off that rock all aired up in the snow!!
@Jigidy appreciate your approval, let me no what boxes we didn’t check. Sorry about the price. I’d love to see em go for 20-30k but the market is crazy. Even parts are ubsurd cost wise!
@ED216 you REALLY hit this on the mark with those numbers. I typically spend 15-25k on a camper and invest about that same amount building. Quick numbers in this specific one was super clean unmolested class c with 460 and 50k original miles. Bought for 20k. Invested 20k. And had a market markup of about 10k. It sold in a day to an awesome retiree who hooked his boat up and sold his house. We have multiple more under the knife currently. Please reach out for any more questions. Again I appreciate the input. Positive or negative.

What 4wd/suspension system are you using for the conversion on E class vans/RVs?
