Properly imported and it can be titled in any state. If is going to California it has to be titled in a different state first and I can take care of that. Happy to chat about logistics if interested.

Not an issue at all as the way is mounted to the glass is two glass suction mounts. Also, the whole ladder can be removed. The box next to the spare is a storage box. Designed for a grill, but no grill included so perfect for gear
