1998 Nissan frontier flatbed camper project. Truck has been my surf buggy for the past few years. Runs drives and stops. Registered as antique in Rhode Island. 4 cyl. 4x4. 5 speed manual. 156k miles.
Has an ARB bumper and Old Man Emu torsion bars and leaf springs. Aluminum flatbed with removable arches front and rear.
Ideally buyer will continue the dream of building a covered wagon style surf buggy. Truck is the same price with or without camper project. Camper is laminated 1/8”ply over ribs.
I got a screaming deal on an F150 w/ Spacekap. I don't need two pickup trucks otherwise I would keep puttering on the camper and driving the Nissan. Fantastic lil truck goes good in the sand and can be shoehorned into the most crowded of parking lots.
$ - SOLD
Things that are wrong with the truck:
Headlight bars on bumper are rusting out.
Airbag light is on. Code indicates passenger harness.
Parking brake doesn’t hold.
Front right tire leaks air and shows wear on the outside of the tread. Likely will need an alignment when tires are replaced.
Fuel gauge only indicates bottom 1/3 of tank.
