General Info:
We purchased this Chevy Astro AWD campervan from Elie, the founder of Horizon Camper Builds, who also professionally converted the van (video link below) in 2024. We loved the simplicity and functionality of the build — compact yet spacious enough for two people. Whether you're in the city or off-grid in nature, this van is super versatile. It fits in standard parking spaces, and with reflectix and curtains, you'll have plenty of privacy. With All-Terrain tires and a solar-powered secondary battery system, you're ready for any adventure, independent and off the beaten path.

Mechanical Condition & Maintenance:
The van runs great and has been regularly maintained. Normal wear for a 25-year-old van: minor scratches, a crack in the dashboard, and a small oil leak (confirmed and not problematic per mechanic). The two front door locks are blocked, but we never needed them thanks to the remote key and easy side door access. Some noise from the driving belt during first couple of minutes of driving. Belt was replaced in 2023/120,000miles and recently inspected again.

We had the Van checked by the garage in San Francisco and they made sure, everything works fine. We can provide all maintenance receipts during our ownership.
