Selling our Defender 110 Td5. This Defender started life in 1999 as a 110 SW, rebuilt in 2017 with Puma body and XS half-leather interior, and an extensive list of high quality overland equipment throughout the vehicle from underbody and corner protection, lifted radius arms, HD half shaft with flanges, LED light upgrades throughout and accessories.

The Td5 engine has been Stage II remapped by Inside Td5 with Allisport engine upgrades throughout with a Demand stainless steel exhaust system. The engine shows approximately 291,000 miles but was rebuilt in 2017.

Asking $99K - currently in Los Angeles escaping the Colorado winter cold for now.

Rebuilt means so many things to so many people. Can you expand on the details of the rebuild?

Beyond nice, Dear Santa.....

Thank you both! It’s really an amazing Defender. Cleans up nice but really shines out on the trails where it belongs. And the Td5 and Puma components really refine the drive to something that’s really nice.

The rebuild was before my ownership, but it was done professionally in the Netherlands and included new Puma doors and body, Puma XS half leather interior, rebuilding the axles and half shafts, and a rather thorough disassembly of the engine for new head gasket and components, all new Allisport aluminum and silicone parts, high performance turbo and remap. It has received complete sound deadening and Exmoor carpet during the rebuild, new headliner and interior trim, and an extensive amount of Equip components. It was not a nut-and-bolt restoration, but much more thorough than just paint on an old body and refinishing the old Td5 interior. The Puma components inside and out really modernize the end product.

I was talking about engine rebuild. Sorry for the confusion

Gotcha - I wish I knew more about exactly what they did during the rebuild but unfortunately my history on it is limited. I do know it was very extensively done and professionally. The engine is very healthy with a ton of power throughout the rev range. Very strong and very smooth. It’s a good one and easily the best Defender I’ve owned to date… huge improvement over the 300 Tdis I had before this.
