Sadly I have to sell my truck. I have tried to replace any part that looked to be at all worn. I build this truck to have for a long time, however we are moving to a condo and the truck literally does not fit. But alas, my loss is your gain. The truck has always been maintained at Source Automotive, the premier cummins shop in the Portland area. I have either receipts for nearly all the parts and work I have, or had done on this truck. I have spent a lot of time with this truck, and it has proved very trustworthy and reliable. Before we went on our last road trip, we had Source do a full inspection of the truck, and anything listed was replaced. Here is a list of all after-market and factory parts that have been replaced, and I'm sure I'm forgetting something.
New parts since 2013:
Crankshaft Position sensor
Starter (with warranty)
two new Delco Batteries
Front window tint
Rear steel bumper with swing out fuel can carrier
Side and Rear lights with custom rocker switches
Bilstein 5100 shocks all around
265/75R16 Cooper Discoverer AT3 tires installed in October of 2014
Blue Sea fuse block
New electrical connectors for all batteries
AirDog 2 100 with 1/2" fuel lines
K&N coldair intake (put on by previous owner)
Front brake calipers, pads, drilled and slotted rotors
Rear main axle seals
Rear brake shoes, drums, and and parking brake
Passenger side Hub bearing and ABS sensor
AirDog water separator and fuel filter just changed
Full transmission flush with new oil, oil filter, and adjustment
Headlight Housings and bulbs
In-bed Sliding drawer system w/ locks. Would be great for anyone who carrier anything valuable in the bed ie. contractors, outdoorsmen, welders, etc.
New passenger side U-Joint
New Serpentine belt as of February 2015
Transmission oil cooler lines
Additional Parts:
Trailer brake controller
Rear leveling airbags with in cab monitor and control
Leer 122 canopy
External Transmission cooler
