1999 Ford Expedition 4x4 XLT. Currently has 194,000 on it. I bought this vehicle new in 1999 and have enjoyed owning it over the past twenty-plus years. It has been extremely reliable and would make a great overland / 4x4 / beach rig for the next owner.
It has the 5.4 Triton engine and original auto transmission which shows no signs of slippage or odd behavior. It has 3.55 gears with a limited-slip differential. It has Toyo AT's which show a good amount of life, and 17-inch factory Ford wheels. This was a very rare package at the time. The vehicle actually sits up very high from the factory, although it has never been lifted or altered. Steering is tight and straight. The vehicle has the Trailer Towing Package and front tow hooks/fog lights.
The interior is very clean for its age. It was just professionally detailed for the next owner. The third-row seat was actually pulled out and has been in storage for the past 20+ years. It has maybe been used 5-6 times. I upgraded the factory radio and speakers. It has the option to hook up your phone via a USB connection. This cloth is extremely durable and has held up great.
I am located in the Houston, TX area. My direct cell is 713-206-1840. My asking price is $5,900 which I believe is very fair for this vehicle. I think the next owner will enjoy it as much as my family has. It has never left me stranded and would make a great platform for an overland or 4x4 build. It would also be great for a teenage driver.
