I have had to replace the turn signal switch in 2 out of 3 of our Freightliners.luckily they are relatively cheap. But it was for the wipers on the later truck not indicators.

I had taken the old switch apart to see if there was something obvious that could be repaired, but it looked like a worn plastic part was the problem, and at that point, a new switch was the simple solution.
