Does it have the rear electric locker? Is the spare tire outside or inside? Do you have the owners manual and factory jack components? The clutch is ok doesn't need replaced?

No rear locker. The spare in underneath. It has the factory jack, keyless, rear cargo cover etc. The clutch is strong but it is quite a bit stiffer than my 99 jeep tj, which has a really soft clutch. Hope that helps!
