1st gen xterra parts on a 2nd gen xterra?

I am looking at purchasing a 2nd Gen Xterra....but I am curious.....

If I purchased a 1st Gen, will I be able to put a 2nd Gen grill on a 1st gen?....to make it "appear" like a 2nd gen?

Anything can be done... I have an XJ with an H2 grill

That said I would say no to your request without skills and a lot of work.

It wouldn't be worth the effort at all. If you get a winch bumper you'll remove most of the grill and bumper anyway.

Nothing about the Gen2 will work on the Gen 1... AT ALL!!!! This has been brought up on sites like thenewx.org ClubXterra.org and Xterranation.org
