In great condition no holes, rips or tears. It's only been used a handful of times. The black marks on the canvass are mainly on the cover. They are marks from where the metal supports have touched the canvass cover when in transit. It may clean off, but I haven't tried.
This awning came off a Hannibal roof rack but will fit other racks and brackets can be purchased for other roof racks.
