2 different water entry points...'06 LR3?

Given that it rained all night here in Atlanta, there are two spots in my LR3 that water is creeping into. Based on a few Google searches, I'm assuming one of them is sunroof drainage issue. Not sure about the other.

1. This pic is from the bottom right, underneath section of the glovebox. Thoughts on this being sunroof related?

2. Spot #2 is on the inside, on top of the bottom rear hatch door. Thoughts?

My issue in the front, when I found about an inch or so of standing water in both footwells, was the the sunroof drain tube grommets/elbows at the bottom of the tubes where they pass through the sheet metal into the fender. Horrible design on so many levels... The rubber elbows had completely deteriorated but the tubes themselves were fine. I ordered new tubes and simply transferred the elbows from the new tubes onto the old ones. Simple fix, once you gain access that is. Driver side was simple. Passenger side I had to pull out the fuse box! The same elbows are present on the rear drain tubes which exit just aft of the rear doors. Remove seat belt anchor and plastic trim which contours the wheel well and you will find them.

Not sure about the rear hatch leak.

Also replaced cowl trim, A pillar moldings, and made a deflector shield to go over the cabin air intake. This way if water gets past the cowl, which it will, another fine design LR!, it will not drip directly into the intake.

I had some water ingress in the front passenger footwell. It was due to my windshield cowling being warped and the seal pulled back from the windshield. I replaced that and it fixed my issue. I do the sunroof drains once or twice a year.
