2 door JK storage ideas

I have a 2 door JK that i need to figure out how to carry my gear in and accommodate my dogs.

I try to use all stuff intended for backpacking and have removed my backseat but I'm still in need of a large action packer worth of storage.

any ideas. drawers and shelfs are out.

i would do a really low shelf for them to stand on but i havent found a bag in the 5in tall range that I could use.
The orv stealth shelf would be perfect if they made them for a 2 door.

Well the most common ways for storage is either a shelf or drawers or both, so eliminating those brings choices down. Have you looked into getting a rack?

Frontrunner wolf packs are about 9 inches tall. I would build a shelf for them to fit under./www.sierraexpeditions.com/index.php?l=product_detail&p=12694

Not sure I understand the height issue, but if you don't want a platform, I have seen a shelve made across the roll bar in the back. That should be more than 9 inches of space and the dogs don't have to jump higher to get in.

Hi

I had a Raingler net at the ceiling, very good for sleeping bags etc

buy small stuff like Helinox chair

New stuff to the left, old stuff to the right

Madrass, sleeping bag, Helinox chair in that order and for the old stuff

I wish i could do the attic setup. my softop doesnt like it.
Ive started swapping all my gear for light weight backpacking stuff and ordering a trasharoo shortly. need to figure out what to do with my license plate when its on.

tell me more about the saddle bags. i havent seen any good pictures of them.

its an issue where i dont want them higher because of falling out reasons. they are both strapped in but still accidents happen. I fall more toward the rock crawl side of adventuring. and I do that more than extended multi day camp trips. I dont want them any higher as a safety issue for those days.
