2 Land Rover Tithonus 110's for sale.
Each Tithonus Land Rover was individually selected and fully refurbished by DSG Sterling for the MOD in 2007-2008 as part of the British Army LEP (life extension programme).
The project was to extend the overall service life of the Land-Rovers by 10 years, from 20 to 30 years.
Features include:
2.5ltr NAD engine; 5 speed R380 gearbox,*
Hi/Low transfer box; Centre Diff lock*
Front and rear disc brakes*
Fully integrated Wolf Roll Cage including front external and rear internal hoop system
Heavy duty 16 inch Wolf rims with 7.50R16 Michelin XZL tyres*
Updated Exmoor front seats with headrest; Front and rear rubber sound proofing matting
Chequerplating to sills and bonnet; Rear seats with seat belts.
Trucks have seen very little use since 2008
All are in tip top shape ready to go.

Yes they were registered in Colorado, currently registered and titled in Arizona. Since the 12th digit on VIN was different in the UK than US back in the day I believe they are all titled as 1982 but are of course 1984 and newer. They were imported, registered and titled legally. They are all Diesel and registered as such. Make me an offer for one or all.

My series is governed at 55 mph, 45 with the special hill ascent devices engaged!

I didn't say up hill or down but I know what you mean. They are a bit slow. They do cruise to about 65 mph before they run out of steam. Great off road and the diesel is dirt simple and pretty robust.
