200 TDI plus automatic gearbox -- turnkey package -- for sale

I have a modified 200 TDI with automatoic gearbox for sale with the following specfication
- engine up graded at ACR UK, http://www.automotivecomp.com/index.html, as follows
- ACR engine overhaul inc crank grind, hone cylinders, and rebuild cylinder head etc. All external engine surfaces ( not ancillaries ) to be blast cleaned to original finish, or painted in original colours.
Remount ancillaries ( cleaned + checked ), time fuel injection pump with new belt, fit new external belts, thermostat, pressure switch etc
- Upgrade 2 to 140 BHP as per ACR endurance spec.
Stage 1 cylinder head modification package, ACR power plus camshaft, fit uprated turbo, dynamometer calibration. Set to give 140 BHP, 240 - 245 FTLB torque

- automatic gearbox overhaul by Ashcroft UK
ZF auto gear box, rebuilt and exchange with stage 1 upgrade, modified torque converter for law stall margin

- bigger flexplate from M&D
- bigger oil pan for transferbox
- new silikon hoses from Samco XDB and steal pipes
- second 100A alternator fitted
- spare water pump and fuel pump

engine has now round 37000km and runs great in my 110
Everything comes as a turnkey kit and just needs to be installed.

New price was over 9000 pounds, to which shipping, tax and duty would come if some body orders it from UK.
Advantage with my package is, that it is already in NA, Montreal, and can be easily picked up or shipped.

I am looking for 11500US Negotiable

Attached you see the engine. I didn't wash it in order not hide any leakage aso, but of course can be done to show how it looks when clean. It is just covered in dust from offroading.

Semi at that price point, which isn't bad, but also not tempting. I have a 200 for the project, but would much prefer the auto box not to mention all the engine upgrades. For the right price, I could be very motivated.
Just to confirm, it is in Montreal currently correct?

O course there are cheaper 200 and 300 TDIs out there, but what is their km usage and power and overall parts used.
Mine has just 36T km on it, was completely overhauled and upgraded with the best from Ashcroft ACR motor tuning, plus pipes and hoses.
It also comes with spare like the second alternator which cost on its own with the bracket and pully around 500$.

I can take it off and also the spare parts an lower the price.
I f somebody is really interested please pm me. Price as I said is negotiable.

Nope, likely isn't built like this one but he does work with a contact in the UK and bring in low mileage complete kits. But buying a kit for $4500 leaves $7000 available from the price above. I do like the auto box upgrades of the one above. Ashcroft has done one as well that includes P38 trans internals. Would love that for mine. Unfortunately not available to our US friends but there is another fellow about 20 minutes from me selling a 1998 300Tdi, auto, lhd D1 imported from Italy for around $15K. He's also got a Defender for sale, also imported from Italy. I'm going to swing by for a look at some point this week. After the way my Redskins played yesterday afternoon, I should have just gone and seen him then :)

I dont understand the point you want to make here. You say somebody is selling 200 or 300 TDI kits much cheaper than mine. You need to compare apples with apples here. All the engine and kits which are sold here as imports from UK are standard kits right out of cars with limited work on it, like just running fine , a view standard hoses here and there and thats it. None of them has any modification done like mine. They all have stock power and stock gearboxes. If people are happy with standards then they should go for it. If somebody wants more power and torque, durability and reliability then he has to do the modification I have done. And as you can calculate your self from he home pages of Ashcroft, ACR and M&D this adds up pretty quick to big numbers. Plus shipping and tax and duty which are 21% together for Canada. Devon4x4 for examples wants 8900pn for an upgraded 200TDI.
Everybody needs to decide what configuration he wants and his budget allows, as you get what you pay for.

However, as mentioned before, I am taking the second alternator and all spare parts off and lower the price to 10500$.

Can/will you palletize it and drop off in Dorval at Forward Air terminal?

Also, what T-case are you running it with currently, and what size tires?

T-Case 1.41 and tires are 285/85/16

What would you like to do next?
