2000 Toyota Tundra 4x4 Access Cab Limited
Two owner (first was father-in-law, first 285,000 miles)
Current mileage: 320,000 miles (will go up slowly as this is my daily driver)
Description:
This is my daily driver and family adventure rig. It has been incredibly reliable and although has plenty of miles on the clock, I would not hesitate to drive on an adventure. The only reason I am selling is because my family of four has outgrown the access cab. Despite showing signs of prior life with my father-in-law (small scrapes and dings) this truck has been maintained and taken care of. Whenever maintenance and repairs were needed to be done they were completed and other items were upgraded.
In 2017 I wanted a platform that I could adventure with my family in so I built the camper on the bed. The weight of the camper low, 450 lbs (including windows and solar panel), due to a composite construction technique. It has sliding screened windows on both sides and an awning. It also has a 100 watt solar panel on the roof and two pop-up vents with 12 volt fans. The top of the camper lifts up about three feet to create a queen sized sleeping platform above and a shorter platform below for gear or children sleeping space. The camper functions great as a camper shell and would benefit from a complete interior build out as well as new canvas for the pop-up. The roof and windows were resealed Fall 2022. The combination of this truck and camper has been great and is sure to be a conversation starter wherever you adventure.
This truck needs a new home and an owner that is ready to take it to 500,000 miles.
