Another East Valley reader here. My ride is an '05 Silverado Z71 4x4 with the towing package. Picked it up used a couple of years ago with less that 100,000. The truck was definitely not abused and appeared to be gently driven. We use it mostly to pull our travel trailer so I've added Helwig overload springs that seem to do the job. It's been to Oregon and back with the trailer three times now. Other than that, it is mostly a daily driver and takes me out into the desert for hunting and camping when I go lightweight. Have been wanting to go "overland" with it, but until we get another tow vehicle, I'm going to keep it as stock as possible.
