Buy this one and see where it takes you. I am selling my 2001 Ford F350 7.3 Powerstoke and automatic, with an 1997 10' Alaskan camper due to medical reasons. The truck has 205,XXX miles on it. It was driven daily from February until June. I would be willing to sell the units separately, but the camper must sell first.
Truck, the good: the truck has new batteries, battery isolator, steering dampener and Ford heavy duty air cleaner (Donaldson). It is in fair to good condition and I would still drive it across the country (if I could). It has the usual accessories (it still has a cassette deck so you can listen to all the old bootleg tapes you have). The bad: the truck is developing the usual rust for trucks of this vintage around the wheel wells. The tires are in poor condition. They will get you home but I wouldn't drive them this winter. It has 200,000 + miles on it. Still runs good but steering, and suspension showing their age.
Camper, This is in fair to good condition for a 20 year old camper. The camper has a Nova Kool 12V compressor fridge, cassette toilet, stove and oven combination, excellent furnace. The good: New structural laminate beams in the roof and in one side have been replaced. 2 new 6V golf cart batteries. The bad: I wasn't able to finish it before I got sick. There are new LED lights that need to be installed and new foam seals to be installed.
