I'm getting ready to sell an Overland Chevy Suburban that I've built overt the past 5-6 years and there seems to be an amazing amount of knowledge amongst the members in this forum. I really have no idea where to begin with how to value this rig so any input is greatly appreciated and here are the details:
2001 Chevy Suburban 2500 LT with 162,000 miles and in nearly mint condition.
Originally ordered by a celebrity in LA and then purchased and maintained by a retired LA fire chief for the first 15 years of it's life (I bought it from them in 2016 with 115,000 miles) and kept in a garage (sounds like it was mainly used by his wife as a "soccer mom" vehicle and "may have been used in 4WD one time in the snow").
6.0 Liter engine, full leather interior with heated seats (no tears, etc.), sunroof, ice cold dual zone AC, new factory replaced automatic transmission at 47,000 miles (not sure what happened).
6" Pro Comp suspension lift kit, Fox Shocks and 35" custom wheel's with 16" rims providing plenty of volume for off road airing down (35" General Grabber ATX tires with 3 ply sidewalls for airing down functionality and durability).
ARB heavy duty front bumper with 12,000lb Warn winch that has never been used.
PIAA classic high wattage driving lights.
KNN air intake system.
Bully Dog programmable engine chip system.
ARB on board air compressor mounted under the hood.
Roofnest Falcon rooftop tent.
23 Zero 270 degree easy set up wrap around awning including their zip on full enclosure for the front portion of the awning.
Road Shower 7 gallon pressurizable solar shower.
Newer Alpine stereo and speakers throughout including 10" rear subwoofer.
16 gallon gravity fed simple fresh water system.
Two custom built rear 48" drawers with heavy duty full extension slides. Left side is custom designed as the full kitchen drawer and the right hand drawer is set up to be the "catch-all" gear drawer.
RockyMounts rooftop rack mounted on top of the Roofnest tent for extra gear.
Dark grey exterior factory paint and lighter grey leather interior.
So, what in the world is something like this worth?
