What type mpg do you average?

I managed to pull a legitimate 19 mpg with no truck cap over a 100 mile drive, not measured off odometer, but GPS. When I put on the cab-high truck cap it seemed to go up a bit, with the tall cap it went down a bit. Around town its closer to 14 mpg, a bit worse in winter.

New shocks installed!!
Rancho 9000 series adjustable shocks all around. Makes a huge difference.
Also, I installed a Ram laptop mount and interior LED lighting.
