2002 Ford e350 4x4 for $10k a good deal

Hey guys i've been struggling to find a 4x4 van, but this thing just popped up locally and I would like to know what you guys think? Decent deal?

V8 runs great
Great condition in and out.
12k lb winch moose bumper
Rhino lined
Always use synthetic.
Oils fresh. No leaks.
insulated and carpeted interior w plywood.
cruise control
Manual hubs
Ac blows cold.
Heavy duty tow package

Hard to tell without more info. It certainly looks like a good deal from what you DO know, but what about what you don't? What's the inside look like? Trim package? Former work van with beat up floor and walls? Mileage?

Scotty thanks for the reply. I'm going to look at it tomorrow. The conversion was done by Salem Kroger and it has about 200k miles on it. I guess what i'm asking is what does a comparable van go for in good condition? It's hard to for me to figure out what these things are actually worth since there's not many on the market and the price range is so large.

I agree, that's a hard one to answer. That's why it's easier to narrow down about what it's worth without seeing the inside and outside. Rust is, of course, a huge issue too. It's a great looking van, and if it's in OK shape I would say 10k is on the upper end of it's worth. I would probably say 8K or so if everything is in decent shape in there and it's not rusty. It would go for much more with less miles, but I wouldn't let the miles scare me if it is in ok shape and little or no rust. The 5.4 is a pretty robust engine.

I'd check out the vans for sale thread for a few compatibles.

I posted up an 4x4 Ambo there that I found listed on this forum. $16k, 31,500 miles, looks to be rust free, says garage kept... 96 truck chaise with a 7.3 PSD (turbo diesel).
