Ok Then $12000 CDN:wings:
A few months ago, that would have been like $1,000,000 US

Unfortunately for everyone that the global economy has gone down the toilet otherwise you would have sold this many times over by now Lawrence.
I know Mav, just thought I'd give the West Coast folks one last crack at it. But between a mortgage payment and a trailer, I understand where the priorities are. Although much less expensive, it is difficult to fit a family and furniture in a KK.

Brads wood burning oven idea is a beauty, I have never seen a KK in Australia with a canvas setup like that, I mean with a chimney sticking out of it.
I like it. if I end up keeping the KK, I'll have to ping him to get some ideas.

Congrats on the sale of your house we have just managed to sell ours too and in this dead housing market I am very pleased to have managed to sell it.
Thanks, and congrats as well. I am thrilled given the fact that it is sold and I didn't lose any money on it.

Good luck in Minnesota, lots of nice country to explore there.
I can't wait, might have to borrow Brad's wood burning stove. :campfire:

if you feel in the mood to give a great deal to someone local (i.e. SoCal) for $12,000 USD.. I just might know a guy.. hint hint... :hehe:
Sure, and for a few thousands more, I'll throw in the porta-pottie. It is a genuine Pentagon porta-pottie. :wings: PM me if you want.
