2003 4runner v8 high milage service and maintenance

Hey everyone, I have a 2003 4Runner V8 limited with 192k miles.

Naturally, oil changes get done regularly. I put in new brake pads front and rear and new front rotors last summer...

The dealership flushed my transmission fluid around the 130k mile mark and the water pump and timing belt were replaced at 140k.

Also some random things like a catalytic converter and O2 sensors replaced within the last 2 years.

This is our daily drive and it has seen minimal off road use. Now that we are coming up on 200k miles, I'm trying to figure out what I need to do to keep the truck problem free and to prepare it for long road trips/light overland trips/camping trips here in the Smokies.

I have done some searches and there is a wide range of opinions and my dealer is eager to add everything imaginable to the work order!

What do you guys recommend doing at the 200k mark to keep the 4Runner in excellent running shape?

Thanks,

Vasily

Wouldn't this info be in the owners manual? I'm sure the dealer is looking out for ya.:D

Got the owners manual. I was wondering if there was practical advice from folks a little farther down the road from me.
