It (Still) Raises. It (Still) Lowers. Even though this Alaskan was involved in an accident, it has tons of life and adventure left in it after some repairs. The camper is located in Oceanside, CA.

I have created a video of a walkaround of the camper to give more perspective. That can be viewed here:

I of course want to disclose any damages I have noticed so I included a series of images as the first photo in the sequence displaying damages I have noticed.
  • (1-4) The punctures in the roof I noticed. (4) is the only puncture where I noticed water damage to the wood and this is just below the driver side window.
  • (5) Where the a/c used to be. The unit was damaged in the accident, so I removed it while salvaging the inner portion in case it works - this will be included in the sale. You can see how well the seal held up as it does not seem like any water got in from here.
  • (6) I do not have the keys to the camper, but the doors are unlocked. The glass panel for the lower door is shattered and the doors aren't quite square.
  • (7+8) The top caps to the rear driver and front passenger pistons are not seated correctly, but the other two are. The system still works as I've raised it multiple times.
  • (9) Broken copper tubing coming out of underside on passenger side. May have been for an accessory propane hookup? The nearby cables on the exterior are also frayed (shown in video)
  • (10+11) Some of the minor exterior damage to trim pieces. Power still works through hookup.
  • The camper does not have any jacks and is not set up to receive any specific jack mounts right now. This would limit it to the angle iron style jacks that do not need to be bolted on. I do know a motivated seller of a set of jacks, but they would have to be mounted to the camper. The buyer can inquire about these if interested.

This camper will be sold through eBay (Auction opens at 10:00am 12/11 and will run for one week). https://www.ebay.com...an/363215464184

I really hope this camper goes to someone who will get it repaired and back to doing all the adventures that it should. I would have done the repairs myself, but the HOA forced me to move it into the garage where there is definitely insufficient space to work as you can likely see in the video. Good luck!
