I'm selling my 2003 F250 crew cab short bed. The very last year of the 7.3L diesel with no emissions stuff to deal with. 120,000 miles, 6 speed manual transmission. 4" lift with Atlas Leaf Springs and Fox shocks. Tons of other upgrades. I've had a few calls but no takers yet. I'd go to $22,500 for expo members, going to leave it at $24,500 locally for a bit longer.

I'm not really familiar with how vehicles fair in UT. Are there any rust issues?

No rust issues. We do use salt on our roads in the winter but I'm pretty religious about washing it after every storm. There is some surface rust on the frame and leaf springs. It could use a wire wheel and re-paint if you wanted it to be perfect but it is purely cosmetic. Nothing structural at all.

Odd (not bad) that it has electric 4x4 selection with the manual tranny. I had the 6 speed in an '99 Lariat 7.3 and it had manual 4x4.

I thought the same thing when I bought it. Never had any issues though. I replaced it with a new Ram 3500. I will certainly miss the simplicity of this truck but am getting a little soft I guess. Diesels have come a long way in the 15 years since this truck was built. I was ready for something a little easier to drive and quieter. There is something really awesome about rowing through gears in a manual truck but it does make it a little more difficult to drive.

Denver is super close. You can get a one way flight on Frontier for $80 and be here in an hour and a half. You could fly out in the morning and be home in time for dinner. Pretty easy fly and buy...
