2004 Land Rover Discovery - DiscoNomad Project Vehicle

After years of constant development and refining, I think it is time for me to start a new project (NomaD110). I have decided to sell the Discovery hoping to find someone who will use it for its intended purpose and see the value that it is. With gear from companies such as ARB, Ashcroft, Safari Gard, Land Rover Genuine, RoverTym, Rover Accessories, Expedition Exchange, Hannibal Systems, African Outback, and many others, this vehicle is more than suited for anything you have in mind. Perhaps most comforting of all, it still has a genuine factory Land Rover Assured warranty until 5/29/12 or 100,000 miles. With only 36,754 miles I think your time will run out first. ;)

Instead of posting the entire sell page here I invite you to visit the following links:

I bought a NAS Defender 110 so I am kind of starting over again. I am keeping the iPad mount because I don't want the liability of some dummy killing themselves or others while playing with an iPad on my mount while driving. I'm willing to get the buyer anything they want in its place. All original factory connection are there...just missing a head unit. I have the stock factory head unit also. Thanks for the comment.

All offers are welcome.

Cheers.

I am very interested but am nervous about making an offer. Do you have much room to play with that price? Once again, I mean no disrespect because this could be the most well thought out Disco I've ever seen, but I can't get close to your price.

tblackj,

Don't worry just email me (disconomad@disconomad.com) what you can do and we can talk about it. Thanks for the kind words.

Its a beautiful truck, with a very well detailed and executed build. I sincerely hope you find a buyer that will enjoy it and maintain it as necessary. I mean no disrespect, but the reality is that it is a 2004 Discovery, no matter how well modified, its actual market value won't ever approach your asking price (clean retail value is maybe $15K -- you actually feel someone will be willing to pay $29K more for the modifications?), its just not a realistic asking price.

Seems high for any Disco!

That's because it is. I seriously doubt I could sell my similar mileage, well built '95 Defender for anywhere near that much coin, and like it or not, its a much more valuable vehicle..
