What was your claim with Toyota to get them to help with the repair costs. I just had my 4th gen 4runner inspected today, and it failed due to a cracked exhaust manifold on the right side. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My stock manifold's looked just like the picture Mike posted above. I hated that ticking sound! JBA headers fixed that problem once and for all, and I got a little power out of it! Too bad there are no aftermarket headers for the 4runner's....
