2005 DC Tundra F/R locked 4.56, Bellingham Wa, $21,000 reduced

Hi, Let me start by saying I love this truck and don't want to sell it. But the wife wants a big travel trailer so I need to get a diesel. This truck has never let me down, and is dead reliable, I've put a lot of love, care, and of course money into it. We just went on an 8k mile road trip in it, down to Baja from Washington state then around the west, with no issues. I would do it again tomorrow if I had the time and funds, the truck is ready for it. The rear seats were removed for cargo space, but I have them under cover in my shop.

The truck is a limited, with leather heated seats, sun roof, full roll down rear window. It has the 4.7 2UZFE, and the OTT Mild throttle tune. (I'm a tuner for OTT, so I can adjust the throttle to whatever you want). It has 191k miles and will continue to go up. If miles scare you, please do your research on this platform and consider reading this, https://www.tundras.com/threads/so-...ught-a-1st-gen-tundra-eh.115928/#post-2980386
The truck leaks nothing, is rust free, and is ready for your next adventure. I'll list everything I can think of below.

Engine:
  • Aisin Timing Belt, water pump, every pulley, and belt replaced at 183k, all OEM parts.
  • MAF sensor replaced at 183k
  • Overland Tailor Tuned.
  • Synthetic Ams oil every 4500 miles with either OEM filter or Wix extreme filters depending on availability.
  • Any Vacuum lines showing age at time of timing belt replaced at time of timing belt.
  • Upgraded Sequoia Limited Alternator (I think 30 more amps than the tundra alternator) 175k
Drive Train:
  • Re-geared to 4:56 at 183k with ARB air lockers front and rear. (Mule Expedition Outfitters)
  • New OEM CV axles at 183k
  • New Spicer U-joints front and rear at 183K.
  • New center support bearing at 183k.
  • New OEM rack and pinion and tie rod ends at 183k.
  • Freedom Upper Control arms at 183k.
  • New OEM knuckles and bearings at 183k.
  • Bilstein 5100 struts 2" lift in the front.
  • Archive Garage Shackleton Heavy Duty Leaf Springs with U-bolt flip kit.
  • Rear extended travel Bilstein 5100 shocks.
  • Raised ventilation for differentials.
  • 33" 3 peak snow flake all terrain tires.
  • New OEM upper and lower ball joints 183k.
  • New radiator
Overland(y) stuff:

  • Spider Rack roof rack modified to clear camper.
  • 42" light bar.
  • ARB single compressor to run the air lockers, mounted in engine bay.
  • Amp'd Up Hidden front winch mount with 10K SuperWinch, synthetic line, wired and wireless remote.
  • Amish Hacker platform in engine bay for accessories.
  • Wired for Wolfbox pro front rearview mirror dash cam.
  • Back up lights.
  • Rigid Tailgate light bar.
  • 6 gang switch to run accessories.
  • Ipad/ phone mount above radio.

The Cons:
Almost the entire front end is rebuilt, but on our road trip the front right lower control arm bushings started showing signs of wear. This doesn't effect the truck, but you occasionally hear it offroad. I planned to replace with Solo Motorsports Lower Control arms that move the LBJ forward 1" allowing you to fit 35" tires. That was my plan from the beginning, just ran out of time before the trip and didn't have the funds to get another brand new set of tires.

Some scratches in the paint, rock chips on the front of the truck from other vehicles on roadways.

Two rock chips on the glass, I tried to seal them on the trip but the kits available on the road weren't big enough. Update, one has turned into a small crack.

small spot of rust on the rear driver side bumper end cap.

Drivers seat has small tear in the leather on the lower left side less than 1/2", and has a small pinhole sized hole on the lower left portion of the back rest.

Extras: I have 4runner calipers that can go with it to start the "Big brake upgrade".
I also have fr33lance fabs LSPV conversion to manual Wilwood valve kit.

Will include more pictures as soon as I can. Feel free to reach out with any questions or inquiries.

I’m sure there will be more of this, but also forgot to mention the radiator was replaced at the time of the timing belt. Also has the factory tow package and additional transmission cooler.

Bump, I really don't want to have to split the camper and truck up. It's an awesome combo and ready to go! Also, I was being a little hard on the truck, there isn't any sign of clear coat degradation. It just has a couple imperfections from rock chips and such.
