Anything that will keep the filter warmed up. There are silicon heater wraps that are 110v ac that can be plugged in with the block heater. It seemed like the guys that kept their trucks in a heated garage did't have a problem. The trick was to just not let the filter get so cold it gelled the fuel inside it.
When it happened it was really cold that week. some thermometers were hitting south of -45 and I heard stories of -50's, but I think they were mostly "mine is bigger" stories.
