I've had 3 V8 4Runner's in my family. They all do this to some extent. The V8 is very smooth but at idle a slight vibration comes and goes (more so when cold). I've been told this is somewhat common for the V8 and how the balance has been designed. Odd but I've never had any issues due to this.
