Correct, I don't have the sling setup from the first owner. The 2 pairs of silver mounts can be seen in the last 3 pictures in the first post, they sit about sofa-wide, have opposing openings (meaning the front outboard is partially open and it's outboard mate at rear is closed, front inboard is closed and it's inboard mate at rear is partially open--like round bars would slide/fit into them) and extend from cabover bed to rear drawers. Unless I'm incorrect (happy to be told I'm wrong) that it's not a sling-type add'l bed for 1, I have no idea what the heck they'd be for, as a sling for extra gear storage of some sort would render the sofa completely unusable.
