You need a 2.5" lift or spacer. I also use wheel spacers 1.25 up front because it makes the truck handle better. I've run this set up for 200k miles and it's awesome.

Central Cal near Fresno, 4.7L and yes I have the 3rd seats in perfect condition I just don't normally run with them in.
