Meeting up with a guy Monday morning to check out an 06 Tundra. Has 125k miles and timing belt has yet to be changed. That ll be on the short list to fix. Is there anything else I should look for?

They are pretty solid rigs. See if there are any maintenance records? When were the plugs done last? Transmission serviced? If they can give you timing of these things it will give you a better idea of how well they took care of it.

Since they have done the timing belt, what parts were used? Just another indicator.

Frame rust and service records would be the big two for me. My 06 has been solid. Small stuff like plugs, radiator swap, diff fluid, oil, tranny fluid ect can all be negotiated into the purchase price. Timing belt kits are cheap even using good parts. I'd do the pump while I was in there, but, when I did mine, I didn't do the pump as it looked fine. Other than that, its a very solid platform.
