The platform is 6 sticks of 25x25mm 80/20, each cut to 32”. That makes the platform 34x32. The legs are 9” and will bolt to Trail Tailor brackets when they arrive this week. There is roughly 10” of clearance under the platform. With the rear of the platform bolted to the drawers and the front tied to the TT brackets I am confident it will be secure.

Platform plus length of ARB drawer top is 74”. Once it is bolted down I will figure out the plywood top. I want to leave enough room that a person taller than my 5’8” frame can still fit behind the wheel, but optimize the sleeping platform.

Modified Trail Tailor brackets bolted up. Surprisingly, there is a lot of tweaking involved in getting it set up the first time with the t-nuts that slide in the extrusions.

Working on finding a suitable matching carpet now to finish it off
